• Age 25 to 40 years

• Plan and develop seasonal knitwear collections for all categories (men’s, women’s, and kids’).

• Create design concepts, sketches, and mood boards reflecting market trends and brand identity.

• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, colors, and prints for product development.

• Supervise sample development, ensuring fit, quality, and styling accuracy.

• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify local fashion trends.

• Research upcoming color trends, fabrics, and design techniques.

• Visit retail outlets and fashion exhibitions to stay updated on new styles.

• Manage and guide a team of designers, graphic artists, and sample makers.

• Work closely with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility and cost control.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for promotional styling and photo shoots.

• Ensure all designs are production-friendly and cost-efficient.

• Maintain high design standards consistent with brand quality.

• Monitor and control sampling and material expenses within the approved budget.

• Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, printing, embroidery, and embellishment techniques.
