∎ Bachelor or Master degree of any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the IE process in all departments of a woven garment factory;
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine and Implement modern tools & techniques to obtain operational productivity.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target;
∎ Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan;
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles;
∎ Ensuring line balancing as per layout
∎ Monitor the bottle neck operations and give solutions then and there.
∎ Preparing weekly nonproductive time report and work for NPT reduction;
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the training plan for potential workers;
∎ Preparing workers' assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Industrial Production Engineering (work study)
∎ GSD license holders will get more advantage
∎ At least 15 year in garment manufacturing
∎ If having experience in handling an automated production line will be added advantage.
