∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Age at most 35-40 years.
∎ Must have complete IE knowledge
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving & multi -tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.
∎ Age at most 35-40 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and manage capacity, efficiency, and productivity improvements to support company goals.
∎ Establish and implement long-term and short-term strategies to drive performance improvement and manufacturing process.
∎ Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, and resource optimization.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional departments including production, planning, and quality to align operational targets.
∎ Support top management with data-driven insights and reports for decision-making and strategic planning.
∎ Identify process bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions to improve line balancing, throughput, and cost control.
∎ Evaluate factory layouts and recommend enhancements to improve workflow and efficiency.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by management.
