Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc/ Diploma in Industrial Production and Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire production and IE related functions for the entire operation including knitting, dyeing, and sewing, print/embroidery and ensure on time shipment;
∎ Prepare & implement line allocation based on business requirement;
∎ Forecast delay situation and future bottle necks and take precaution accordingly;
∎ Plugging orders in productive way to ensure optimum utilization of capacity and maintain live production plans;
∎ Will be fully responsible for "On time shipment" of all order.
∎ Attending Pre production meeting for clarifying and ensuring all sorts of technical issues.
∎ To have knowledge how to reduce extra OT if.
∎ Statistically analysis basing on various reports/data of productivity monitoring for management appraisal.
∎ Line Lay-out , Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Cut-Poly (Every piece in account), Man-hour Control, Line/Process Capacity, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget
∎ Reporting Plan Vs Actual, P/L, Man-hour, DHU and skill matrix.
∎ Operator Assessment
∎ Ensure the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
∎ Check method when line feeding.
∎ Identify the bottleneck places.
∎ Monitor Line/Section Efficiency.
∎ Check and identify the critical areas.
∎ Meeting regarding Low efficiency areas with line Management as needed.
∎ To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study like a reputed and 100% export oriented woven & knit garment factory.
∎ An understanding and execution of engineering drawings and principles
∎ Ensure the budgeted machine allotted at each operations in line
∎ By Time Study determining capacity of (workers) machine and planning improvement
∎ Preparing machine performance matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine
∎ Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE related reports machine in particular.
∎ Carry out any task related to the position and for the interest of the company.

∎ Industrial Engineering, Production, Production planning, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ Must have the experience of minimum 150,000 pieces garment production per day;
∎ Must have leadership skill and team work ability;
∎ Be able to handle Production Plan efficiently & professionally;
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality;
∎ Must have excellent analytical management skills;
