Job Responsibilities:
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectifications to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Total follow up from Yarn receiving to Finished Goods delivery.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of them.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the worker's performance, reviewing operator skill level, and ensuring corrective action to train potential workers.
∎ Co-ordinate with production (Merchandising & Marketing) department for optimal /lead time/shipment.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
