∎ BSc in IPE / Textile Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating Operation Bulletin considering Automation & Ensuring Machine Layout accordingly. Analyzing the Bottleneck area & taking immediate solutions.
∎ Ensuring Manpower as per plan, Utilization of Planned Manpower considering Budgeted Efficiency.
∎ Ensuring MMR as per company yearly Target.
∎ Considering Automation during the completion of Operation Bulletin & ensuring follow-up for the same.
∎ Conducting Skill Inventory every month, analyzing gaps & ensuring training.
∎ Ensuring Multi Skill Training Program for Workers, on the Job training for Staffs & Workers.
∎ Ensuring Process Development & Process Standardization, Controlling Costs & Minimizing Waste.
∎ Analyzing NPT & taking immediate action to reduce NPT.
∎ Allocating Jobs for subordinates & monitoring the same.
∎ Conducting Risk Analyzing Meeting.
∎ Ensuring Consumption for Sewing Thread & Trims.
∎ Ensuring Costing SMV for Marketing Team.
∎ Ensure efficiency of cutting, sewing, and finishing as per company Target.
∎ Achieving weekly and monthly KPI targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (Sewing, Finishing, Cutting).
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of related equipment/machinery.
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills.
∎ Communication & Collaboration, Critical thinking & Problem solving.
∎ Leading people, Planning & Organizing, Adaptability.
∎ Strong work ethics.
