Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE / Textile Engineering from any reputed university or Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline.
∎ GSD certification preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement GSD Management system to standardise motions in production floor to improve productivity.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, clerical, and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency
∎ Guiding Merchandisers on CM negotiation using GSD SMV (SMV based CM).
∎ Work with the factories to help them to be cost effective by improving their planning & production process.
∎ Providing training on tools & techniques of IE & Lean Management.
∎ Assisting factories to improve manpower, material, and equipment utilization in production facilities.
∎ Improving efficiency by reducing cycle time through method and motion improvement, and continuous improvement to reach GSD standard, changeover reduction or SMED; reducing line imbalance & other non-value added activities.
∎ Minimize wastage & increase utilization of Man, Machine & Materials with various tools & techniques motions in production floor to improve productivity.
∎ Work with the factories to help them to be cost effective by improving their planning & production process.

∎ 8 to 10 years’ experience in relevant area.
