Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Project Planning and Management:
∎ Plan and coordinate software development projects using Java Spring Boot, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are delivered within scope and budget.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and manage project risks to ensure successful project completion.
∎ 2. Team Leadership and Development:
∎ Lead and mentor a team of Java Spring Boot developers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them grow in their technical and professional skills.
∎ 3. Technical Oversight:
∎ Review and approve technical design and architecture for Java Spring Boot projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
∎ Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.
∎ 4. Process Improvement:
∎ Continuously identify opportunities to improve the software development process, methodologies, and tools used in Java Spring Boot development.
∎ Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
∎ 5. Quality Assurance and Testing:
∎ Implement and maintain a robust testing process for Java Spring Boot applications to ensure software quality and reliability.
∎ Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve issues during the development lifecycle.
∎ 6. Stakeholder Communication:
∎ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
