Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit, Banks & Financial, Branch Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify high risk issues/practices exposing the bank to risks of Frauds/Forgeries/Financial losses etc. and ensure instant reporting to Senior Management for immediate corrective measures.
∎ Facilitate branches/units in ensuring maximum on spot rectification of noted exceptions.
∎ Ensure closure of Audit Reports of branches/units and non-repetition of Audit exceptions by branches/Units.
∎ Ensure process efficiency by suggesting automation/centralization (where possible) and avoiding redundant/duplicate processes through arranging deviations/approvals.
∎ Quality maintenance of all supporting work papers of assigned Reviews/Verification and their filing/record keeping.
∎ Ensure efficient conduct of Reviews/Verifications by meeting defined TATs for completion and Reporting.
∎ Ensure high quality of ICD Reviews/Verifications as well as given Suggestions/Recommendations etc. for improvement in processes.
∎ Impart effective on-job training/coaching to Branches/Units staff, at the close of ICD Reviews/Verifications, on noted exceptions vis-à-vis relevant Policies/Procedures/Regulations to create Controls & Compliance awareness.
∎ Raise Early Warning Signals against noted serious policy violations/unethical practices to avoid tangible/intangible business risks/losses.
∎ Perform additional duties in line with the current role, as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of banking policies/procedures, Prudential Regulations and Local Laws etc.
∎ Good managerial skills having ability to implement best practices in the bank.
∎ Versatile, having strong analytical skills.
∎ Root cause identification skills
∎ Good communication and effective presentation skills.
∎ Ability to influence others and move towards a common goal.
∎ Mature temperament
