Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Science/Disaster Management or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of working experience in emergency field, including 3 years in management position
∎ Experience and ability to manage emergency response, recovery and rehabilitation projects.
∎ Good understanding of SPHERE, INEE and CHS Minimum standards
∎ Excellent communication skills in English with proposal writing skills
∎ Sound knowledge of rights based approaches to working with children
∎ Should have the capacity to manage any challenging situation during emergency
∎ Proven skills on managing project, budget, staff, and day to day financial activities
∎ Demonstrated experience on partner management, and their capacity building
