Responsibilities & Context:

Sea Pearl Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource operations. The ideal candidate must have the capability to independently manage the entire HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies and best HR practices while fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full HR department effectively.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee attendance, payroll management, and all HR & compliance matters.
  • Lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise, and train fellow staff.
  • Develop and implement an organizational roadmap and HR policies.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on employee development.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism.
  • Plan HR strategies and ensure timely placement of the right employees.
  • Promote and maintain a healthy and safe workplace and employee welfare programs.
  • Establish effective communication between management and employees.
  • Develop an organizational culture aligned with corporate strategy.  
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related needs and concerns.
