Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee daily operation of an IATA-accredited agency.

  • Operate BSP & BSPlink independently.

  • Manage ADM/ACM processing.

  • Handle air ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds.

  • Ensure full IATA rules, resolutions & procedures.

  • Handle air ticketing, and international hotel bookings for individual travelers, corporate clients, and higher management.

  • Strong knowledge of processing Visa. (USA, Canada, Australia, and others).

  • Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and reservations while ensuring seamless guest experiences.

  • Manage bulk corporate bookings and liaise with airlines, hotels, and agencies.

  • Provide personalized travel solutions for VIP and management board of the organization.

  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking, rebooking, and cancellations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with airlines, travel partners, and vendors. Assist in negotiating fares, contracts, and special deals for corporate travelers.

  • Stay updated on visa regulations, airline policies, and travel restrictions.

  • Work under pressure to meet urgent and last-minute travel requests. Manage flight Reservation, ticket issuance, reissuance and cancellation.

  • Provide accurate fare quotation and ensure the best value option for customer.

  • Handle inquiries related to flight schedule baggage policies and visa requirements.

  • Resolved customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain Up to date knowledge of airlines rules, policies and promotional offers.

  • Assist in preparing travel itineraries and ensuring all bookings comply with client.

  • Maintain records of Transaction and proper reports for management needed.

  • Strong Communication Skill in English and the local language. Proficiency in using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.)

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • OTA based experience is extra preference.
