Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain Log book and check-list properly.
Take reservation and input IDS system properly
Report generate according to management requirement
A Reservation Sales Agent’s priority is to handle reservations, attend calls immediately in an appropiate manner, answer all queries, take notes in details for guest needs and ensure documentation in this regard also ensuring a high level of service maintained.
Continue communicate with Cox’s Bazar Office.
Team Building
Take reservation over phone and direct.
Send tentative reservation confirmation letter accordingly with re-confirm date for reservation guaranteed.
Operate, follow up OTA and book online reservation portal.
Follow up tentative booking and block reservation (Fit’s & Git’s)
Check e-mail and answer immediately.
