Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.
∎ Update the HR and related policies aligning with the organizational goal and objectives.
∎ Ensure efficient execution of the human resource practices in accordance with organizational policies, manual and relevant regulations of Bangladesh.
∎ Coordinate with departments to maintain work structure and update organogram regularly and other task related with human resources functions.
∎ Assist Supervisor by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures of Ononyo Construction & Developments Limited.
∎ Assist Supervisor in forecasting human resources and preparing HR budgets.
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions and KPI for all positions.
∎ Carryout the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Oversee and execute employee confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, transfer and separation including final settlement related documentation and functions.
∎ Conducting induction and orientation for new employees; identifying the training needs and planning & conducting staff development training for the current jobs and future needs.
∎ Carryout monthly payroll to ensure on time salary.
∎ Assist Supervisor in implementing yearly increment; assisting to recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
∎ Setting and implementing successful KPI based performance appraisal to foster employee job satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for the development and implementation of automated Human Resources Management System.
∎ Implement employee benefits (Bonus, incentive, medical support and etc.) programs; recommending benefit programs to management.
∎ Assist Supervisor to oversee employee disciplinary procedures as per labor law, terminations, investigations and maintaining records.
∎ Creating positive work environment for staff retention; resolving employee’s disputes and grievances in collaboration with the assistance of Supervisor; counseling employees.
∎ Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and maintaining past and current records.
∎ Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave management.
∎ Leading and overseeing a team of Human Resources.
∎ Verify drafts or official notes prepared by HR team as and when required.
∎ Initiate and execute employee relations activities like vaccination, retreat programs.
∎ Oversee actions to provide Mobile set (eligible employees) and SIM Card with limit to employees.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English
