Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plumbing and sanitation designs for different in-house projects.
∎ Check and test various equipment and materials and ensure quality of those.
∎ Prepare BOQ for plumbing and sanitation designs.
∎ Supervise the implementation process at sites as per the approved design and standards.
∎ Communicate with different consultants and contractors and collaborate for all plumbing and sanitation related works as per the project requirements.
∎ Work as a member of design development department and understand architectural, structural and interior design of different projects.
∎ Visit Site as and when required.
∎ Prepare project related documents other than drawings (if required).
∎ Any other work assigned by head of the department or Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must be a member of Institute of Engineers Bangladesh
∎ Enlistment with Rajuk will be considered as an added advantage
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English
Salary: Negotiable
