Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil, Mechanical

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Maintenance, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate, co-ordinate and monitor daily work of RMC Plant as per site requirements.
∎ Supervise and monitor all maintenance of the batching plant.
∎ Prepare RMC according to the approved mix design.
∎ Ensure all products meet 100% total quality requirement, take sample and test as necessary.
∎ Ensure all casting related equipment and vehicles can run properly.
∎ Ensure all equipment and vehicles remain in safe and efficient operating condition.
∎ Take all necessary actions to supply RMC at various sites as per requirements.
∎ Ensuring company’s safety rules and regulations are being followed at all times.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager and management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English

Salary: Negotiable
