∎ Coordinate all Recruitment Process
∎ Onboarding, Orientation, and Induction
∎ HRIS update
∎ Processing Payroll Adjustment
∎ Checking Statutory Compliance
∎ Employee Engagement
∎ Arrange Training and Development as per demand
∎ Performance Management
∎ Off Boarding and Exit Formalities
∎ Full and Final Settlement
∎ Arrange all social event
∎ Maintain the company's FB page
∎ Coordinate all issues between all departments
∎ Prepare all kinds of HR reports.
∎ Open to work on whatever related work allotted
∎ Coordinate all Administrative Tasks.
∎ Coordination of Employee Transportation and Logistics support.
∎ Maintain Employees Personnel Data.
