Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all our Social Media Platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, overseeing creatives, campaigns, and audience engagement strategies for both the BD and US markets.
∎ Develop and execute online and offline ATL, BTL & TTL marketing activities for Teton in both Bangladesh and US.
∎ Coordinate with the external stakeholders for campaign ideation, execution, and performance evaluation.
∎ Manage email marketing campaigns, including the collection, segmentation, and distribution of emails to targeted audiences.
∎ Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive brand awareness and engagement in alignment with marketing objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics across social media, email, and advertising campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the marketing team.
∎ Ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels, working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain brand integrity.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategies and tactics.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
∎ 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media marketing. Agency experience preferred.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
∎ Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of email marketing tools and techniques.
∎ Experience with influencer marketing strategies and platforms.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
