Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with department/division/unit head to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
∎ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
∎ Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
∎ Implement policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and resolve employee relations issues promptly and fairly.
∎ Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct and recommend appropriate actions.
∎ Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
∎ Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.·       Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
∎ Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues and development opportunities.
∎ Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, aligning with the company's business objectives.
∎ Identify training needs through performance evaluations and skills assessments and coordinate training sessions accordingly.
∎ Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.

∎ Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and trends for management review.
∎ Always up to date with industry best policies & practices.
∎ Ensure a healthy environment and smooth relations are maintained across the organization.
