∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Professional Certification like PGDPM/ PGDHRM, Social Compliance/ Auditing course completed candidate will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Factory HR Administration, Labor Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make and implement company HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyer code of conducts.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as ACCORD, NIRAPON, BNBC, BSCI, SEDEX, H&M COC, WRAP, PRIMARK, C-TPAT Standard social/ethical/environmental/technical/Supply Chain security (SCS)/ QMS audit also for any other buyer or third party audits.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct, Law of the land and ILO requirement.
∎ Resolve employee's grievance, stress in proactive manner in compliant with buyer COC, Labor Law 2006 & 2018 and labor rules 2015 including Govt. Gazette 2018.
∎ Dealing with buyer and third party auditor on compliance issue.
∎ Liaison with regulatory bodies & stake-holders like; BGMEA, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organization. Monitor & follow-up different license, court cases and workers grievance related issues.
∎ Should know all the requirement of compliance audit & issues.
∎ Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy and labor law.
∎ Employee training.
∎ Dealing with Buyer and third-party auditor on compliance issue.
∎ Prepare manpower budget, Manpower planning and recruit accordingly. Recruit right candidate for right place.
∎ Prepare job descriptions, job Specification and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for all employees
∎ Supervise on payroll and compensation management.
∎ Monitor regular attendance report.
∎ Control employee turnover.
∎ Organizing and maintaining personal files of all employees and verifying all documents in relation with joining employees.
∎ Coordinate with all function to develop and implement various HR policies and procedure
∎ Coordinate with HR and functional Heads to perform training needs analysis and design and implement a training plan with involvement from department heads.
∎ Monitor Leave, attendance, Yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.

∎ Proficient in computer literacy
∎ Able to work under huge pressure and complete the task with in a present time frame.
