∎ BBA/ MBA from reputed Public or Private University.
∎ Honors/ Masters in any discipline from reputed public or private university with PGD in HRM.
∎ Skills Required: Compliance, Factory HR Administration.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Manager - HR & Compliance, who has experience in garments factory HR & Compliance.
∎ Job Location :Tongabari, Ashulia
∎ Workplace: Work at factory.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed.
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, attendance management.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of HR policies, compliance and procedure to support and companies business objectives in accordance with legal framework..
∎ Developing and maintaining different HR & Compliance policies in line with Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards etc;
∎ Must have at adequate knowledge Accord, Alliance WARP, BSCI, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, GRS & others Social compliance. (Walmart, H&M, Primark, VF Asia)
∎ To develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Ensure the factory and attend participate in our buyer's compliance audit like - Social/ Ethical.
∎ Take care all kinds of audits & buyer's visit by leading the same.
∎ Discuss with compliance team about the CAPs of internal audits. If raise any critical issue are found tothen communicate with top management for smooth rectification.
∎ Develop and maintain performance management processes.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compliance, Factory HR Administration
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation skill and good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Company.
∎ Well conversant on MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point and email communication.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law 2006,
