Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR Admin
Masters of Business Administration in HR
Preferred professional certification PGDHRM
Good efficiency in English language

Adequate knowledge of current labor law
Strong analytical ability and decision making skills
Excellent communication and leadership skill
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Welcare Group invites applications from competent & potential talents for the " Manager - HR and Admin" position under one of its sister concerns named Welcare Consortium Ltd. for it`s housing development project. The expected hard working in this role should be dedicated, self-motivated, and proactive in order to maintain and ensure the proper flow of regular employee’s activities.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain corporate directives in matter related to human resources manpower, policies and procedures
Arrange and conduct the process of recruitment and selection according to company policy
Ensure proper training programs are functioning on regular basis for the employees.
Prepare yearly training plan, budget, training modules
Ensure the proper process of deployment, joining and appointed related tasks, pre and post-employment reference check, record keeping of all recruitment related document and preservation for reporting
Prepare job description and specification for the entire department
Participate in the performance management system in accordance with established KPIs.
Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner and maintain HRIS database for HR
Monitoring and keeping records of employee attendance and leaves.
Ensure smooth relationship between management and employees and mitigate any conflicts or grievance handling in consultation with management
Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of all information at all times.
Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
