We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing - Real Estate) who has experience in the Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.

Job Responsibilities

• This candidate should have at least 6 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

• Highly Preference to sales experience on Plot or Flat.

• Extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate present market scenario.

• Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution

• Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target & Capable to close the business deal

• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

• Must have self-motivated and dynamic.

• Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.

• Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.
