Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager (Sales, Reservation & Visa) is responsible for overseeing sales activities, travel reservations, and visa processing operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. The role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, supervising ticketing and reservation activities, coordinating visa processing procedures, ensuring compliance with airline and embassy requirements, and leading the team to achieve organizational targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Reservation & Ticketing Operations
• Handle air ticket reservations, re-issuance, refunds, voids, and cancellations using Sabre Red GDS.
• Communicate with airlines and clients to confirm bookings, schedule changes, and resolve ticketing issues.
• Ensure all reservations comply with airline policies, fare rules, and company guidelines.
Client Service & Support
• Provide timely and professional support to customers regarding flights, fares, and booking inquiries.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare and maintain daily sales, booking summaries, and ticketing reports.
• Keep accurate records of transactions, customer profiles, and ticketing logs.
Sales Growth & Target Achievement
• Contribute to increasing daily and monthly ticketing and service sales volume.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for air tickets, visa support, and travel packages.
• Coordinate with the sales and tour packaging team to maximize revenue opportunities.
