Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hatim Group is one of the leading companies in the industry in Bangladesh. We are looking for a professional HR & Administration Manager to fill the positions.
∎ Candidates who have Experience in Group of Company & Factory base working experience will get preference.
∎ Responsible for all types of HR & Admin associated duties and responsibilities- Recruitment and onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee engagement, Training and Development, Strategic HR and Administration Planning, Managing employee database, Payroll and budget, Compliance, Creating an engaging work culture, Counsel Employees whenever necessary, Assist with HR related projects as assigned.
∎ Deal with the recruitment process, leave management, attendance monitoring, salary and wages fixation, making salary & wages sheets using payroll software, pay slip, performance appraisal & organizational development.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006, Factories Act-1979, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law-2003 and ILO convention Relevant in Bangladesh.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization Monitor administrative, Transport & overall logistics issues as per company policy.
∎ Ensure a healthy workplace by maintaining efficient operations in safety, hygiene, and environment.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and making sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
∎ Company Assets and Inventory: Keeping track of laptops, furniture, and that one broken printer everyone avoids. Managing security, safety measures, and access control.
∎ Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
∎ Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
∎ Payroll and Compensation: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and managing employee compensation.
∎ Training and Development: Identifying skill gaps. Developing and facilitating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Performance Management: Supporting performance management systems and conducting annual performance reviews.
∎ Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws and safety regulations.
∎ Policy Development and Implementation: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
∎ Record Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and admin documentations in both physical and digital formats.
∎ Employee Exit Process: Managing the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
∎ Office Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
∎ Communication: Ensuring effective communication and coordination with all staff members.
∎ Supervision: Supervising administrative staff and ensuring smooth workflow.
∎ Other work assigned by the Management.
