Job Context:
∎ ADDIE Soft Ltd. is a CMMI LEVEL - 3 and ISO 9001:2015 certified established in the year 2007, which is developing software, web application, mobile apps, govt. projects and ERP.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Manager – HR & Administration to supervise the daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising the day-to-day operations.
∎ Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
∎ Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
∎ Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Assess staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines.
∎ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
∎ Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and IT Personnel.
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities.
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies, regulations, and compliance
∎ Keep up-to-date with all organizational changes and business developments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
∎ Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
∎ Proficient in MS Office
∎ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
∎ A team player with leadership skills
∎ Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
∎ Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
∎ Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.

Salary: Negotiable
