∎ Compliance Audit HRIS (Human Resource Information System) / HR Database Management, Labor Law payroll management, Regulatory Affairs.
∎ Computer Skills (Operating system) : MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint presentation, Windows XP , Windows 7, Windows 10, Vista, Internet browsing.
∎ Language Efficiency Bengali: Excellent in Bangla as a Mother language.
∎ English: Have a good command in English as a second language
∎ Compliance Audit HRIS (Human Resource Information System) / HR Database Management, Labor Law payroll management, Regulatory Affairs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overseeing day to day Office & Project HR and Administrative functions.
∎ Follow up manpower and labor management, attendance, leave management, salary administration along with other compensation & benefit related issues.
∎ Perform payroll related tasks using payroll software such as salary sheet preparation, pay slip printing, bonus preparation, earn leave calculation etc.
∎ Maintain & update ERP software.
∎ Face Audits for payroll related queries.
∎ Establish HR policies, including attendance, lave management and disciplinary procedures.
∎ Collecting attendance data from Office & Projects and reports to Management.
