∎ In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
∎ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
∎ Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and procedures.
∎ Self-motivated and results-oriented.
∎ Client Relationship Management, Negotiation Skills, Real Estate Sales Strategies.
∎ Computer Skills Operating system: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Windows XP , Windows 7, Windows 10, Vista, Internet browsing.
∎ Language Efficiency Bengali: Excellent in Bangla as a Mother language.
∎ English: Have a good command in English as a second language.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make market research & analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Build & maintain productive and co-operative relationship with Clients.
∎ Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients.
∎ Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to achieve the Sale Target.
∎ Co-ordinate with Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events.
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase
∎ of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Manage the team to achieve the Sales Target.
∎ Conduct Sales-related operations and activation programs.
∎ Create and manage the database and align it with the organizational system.
∎ Be persuasive and charismatic and work comfortably and smoothly to adapt to business growth fluctuations.
∎ Right attitudes for promoting company's product and brand image.
∎ Handle client queries and complaints.
∎ Any other duty assign by the Management.
