Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, drive marketing initiatives, and support the overall growth objectives of the company. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. The candidates should have at least 5 to 7 years of proven experience in marketing at real estate Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and work to attract new clients. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform sales & marketing strategies and generate new ideas for clients.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies. Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

  • Prepare and present regular and monthly reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market trends to senior management.

  • Obtaining leads for the sales team and prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.

  • Assist in managing the sales and marketing budget. Monitor expenditures and ensure activities are within budget.
