We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development sector. This candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing Land Developer Real Estate, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
Able to make sure about all the above matters must have to be done A-Z in Sales and Marketing division.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential clients.
Potential clients maintain & keep a good relationship with the existing clients.
Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target. Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Engage in proactive thoughts and generate new ideas for clients.
Understanding clients` requirements and strategizing on how to meet clients` needs.
