Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Candidate with advance certification on HR Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages all human resources related activities including recruitment, onboarding, and termination of full-time, part-time and temporary employees, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training and personnel affairs.
∎ Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan that aligns with NPL's mission, vision and objectives and drives high performance.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement and motivation
∎ Creating and revising job descriptions.
∎ Directs and oversees all administration related activities including security, office supplies and transportation.
∎ Manages the human resources budget preparation for the Company, and reviews human resources plans.
∎ Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
∎ Manage all activities of vehicle such as update vehicle related all documents, communicate with driver, monitor vehicle log book, fuel consumption, maintenance, prepare duty schedule of driver, search new driver as required, and resolve vehicle related legal issues.
∎ Monitor the guard and intelligence so that nobody can be corrupted.
∎ Follow-up housekeeping activities.
∎ Ensure service and maintain hygiene of floors.
∎ Any other task required or assign by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Administration, Garments Compliance, Labor Management
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline with PGD on HR management are preferable.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on labor Law and Compliance.
∎ Proven experience as HR & Admin Manager..
