∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all types of HR & Admin associated duties and responsibilities
∎ Prepare and update HR Policy.
∎ Maintain recruitment & selection procedure
∎ Implement the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR.
∎ Follow up daily HR & Admin related activities as organization demand as per the hospital policy with strong supervision.
∎ Maintain all personnel records and ensure proper documentation of all HR & Admin.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the Hospital & Diagnostic.
∎ Monitor administrative, Transport & overall logistics issue as per company policy.
∎ Monitor security, safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain clean & tidy workplace.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for organization throughout all the activities & work procedures.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by top mgt.
∎ Job Location : Chashara, Narayanganj.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership skill.
∎ Should have strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English Bengali.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge MS Office, Internet, E-Mail, Browsing
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law.
∎ Always positive and helping mind.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Self motivated, enthusiastic to work beyond the line.
∎ Should have pleasant & talented personality.
