Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Brand Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA/ Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in HR, Admin & Compliance of the Poultry Feed Sector.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Must have very good command over MS office application.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manpower Recruitment
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make and implement the Company's HR policies as per local law and different buyer's codes of conduct.
∎ To implement E-Tracking-based performance management system.
∎ To monitor and execute Manpower Budgeting Activities. Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Prepare Job description, Placement, Salary & Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration.
∎ To implement effective Employee engagement strategies.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Accord Alliance, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Poultry sector in Bangladesh.
∎ To implement & monitor training & development program/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Take effective strategies for reduce employee turnover & and increase employee retention.
∎ To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues as per law with companies' norms & regulation.
∎ To communicate with FIAB, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 year(s) as AGM/DGM (HR, Admin & Compliance) in garments factory.
∎ Experience as Major, Captain, Lieutenant in the defense sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Group of Companies & Defense sector as Major, Captain, Lieutenant
∎ Only males from Defense Background (i.e. Major, Captain, Lieutenant) are allowed to apply
∎ Should have very good command over English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office applications.
