Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the Recruitment and Retention Process
∎ Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates
∎ Employee Personal File Management
∎ Handling all the issues and grievances of the Employee as well as implementing disciplinary procedures in line with existing labour laws and company service rules
∎ Ensure implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 in the corporate office.
∎ Oversee and handle certification/license status check and renewal like Trade License, ERC, IRC, Fire Insurance, Group Insurance, Factory License, Membership Certificate (FBCCI/MCCI/DCCI/BTMA/BGMEA/BKMEA/BTMA/BCMEA etc.), Environment and so on.
∎ Handle foreign employee recruitment along with E-Visa Recommendation, Work Permit (& extension) from BIDA, Security Clearance from Home Ministry ( though SB, NSI)
∎ Monitoring all sorts of logistic support i.e. Corporate SIM, Corporate office based vehicles and stationeries
∎ Attendance & Leave Management Supervision ( both manual & Computerized Attendance System Management)
∎ Prepare and supervise all HR and Administration related letters such as appointment letter, service contract, letter of confirmation, promotion letter and Increment Letter, Disciplinary Letter etc.
∎ Managing all sorts of travel of the Management body and expats of the organization
∎ To supervise and monitor the maintenance process of Corporate office (civil, electrical and housekeeping)
∎ Coordinate inter-company correspondence (e.g. Office Circular/ Office Notice, email announcements, agendas for Company management meeting etc.)
∎ Any other assignment by the Director (HR & Admin) and Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well experienced in HR & Administration function in reputed company.
∎ Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both Bengali and English.
∎ Proficient in MS office package along with good command on internet, handling HRM related software.
∎ Should have the ability to work in team.
∎ Willingness to work independently in a fast paced environment with self-direction under pressure.
