∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ At least 3 years in a managerial role in the RMG sector.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
∎ Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules, compliance, and factory safety regulations.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
∎ String problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
∎ Ability in work in a best-paced, high-pressure environment.
∎ Familiarity with compliance standards of international buyers.
∎ At least 3 years in a managerial role in the RMG sector.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
∎ Developing and implementing Procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across the organization.
∎ Establish HR policies, including attendance, lave management and disciplinary procedures.
∎ Ensure all the operations of the factory are fully compliant with applicable local law & COC of valued business partners.
∎ Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to develop workforce plans aligned with production schedules.
∎ Streamline manpower planning & budgeting procedure.
∎ Monitor staff performance and productivity, ensuring adherence to KPIs.
∎ Design and implement training programs for skill development, particularly for production staff.
∎ Foster excellent industrial relations among workers, floor staff, and top management.
∎ Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee grievances and ensuring effective communication, resulting in high morale, low turnover, and improved productivity.
∎ Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports to plant leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making through insights on staffing, turnover, and other critical HR metrics and report to Higher Management.
∎ Perform additional duties as and when instructed by the Management.
