Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate and ensure all actions related to human resource activities, e.g., recruitment (including annual recruitment plans), job descriptions, job classification, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates, organization of interview panels, placement, job classification reviews are done in an accurate and timely manner.
∎ Provide support to the implementation the performance appraisal process and follow-through on activities related to performance management.
∎ Coordinate learning initiatives in coordination with the HR Director and local Country Manager.
∎ Monitor the implementation of strategic staffing policies in line with career development.
∎ Contribute to knowledge networks and learning processes in the office.
∎ Answering employee questions
∎ Processing incoming mail
∎ Creating and distributing documents
∎ Providing customer service to organization employees
∎ Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
∎ Perform other duties as may be assigned.
∎ Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information.
∎ Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
∎ Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
∎ Must be able to lead recruitment, performance appraisal, career development management.
∎ Must consistently approach work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude, remains calm, in control and good humoured even under pressure.
∎ Must be able to perform a variety of standard tasks related to human resources management, including screening and collecting documentation, processing, filing, and providing information.
∎ Ability to adhere to work assignments and meet designated deadlines.
∎ Must be able and willing to travel to visit project sites when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years

∎ Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
∎ Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
