• Must have experience in heat transfer label production or a similar manufacturing environment.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong understanding of heat transfer technology and production processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description / Responsibility:

Production Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the heat transfer label production department.

• Ensure production schedules are met with optimal efficiency and quality.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and mentor production staff to maintain high performance and morale.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Foster a safe and collaborative work environment.

Quality Control:

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.

• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

• Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

• Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to streamline operations.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Inventory Management:

• Manage raw material inventory to ensure adequate supply for uninterrupted production.

• Coordinate with the procurement team to source materials at optimal cost and quality.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for production equipment and processes.

• Oversee maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.

• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and maintenance activities.
