Educational Requirements:
∎ A Graduate (preferably BSc in Apparel/Textile) from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the designers through all stages of garment product development, measurement, fitting and quality
∎ Ensure that all garments designed by the designer team are of the correct fit, appearance, style, stitch construction and quality
∎ Produce specifications and production instructions for the product designs
∎ Ensure quality standards are consistent with company's standards by suggesting the right fabric, interlinings, trims, accessories and stitching, etc
∎ Measure the development of sample for fitness against size specifications to ensure the desired fit is achieved
∎ Make corrections to specifications and details to achieve desired fit and appearance
∎ Provide product support, review and evaluation
∎ Communicate corrections, modifications, approvals of samples to the producers along with the design, pattern and Quality team
∎ Create fit sketches to aid the vendors/producers in correcting fit issues
∎ Strive to upgrade the product without affecting the value and the customer safety
∎ Assure the quality in terms of end product ensuring the customer’s satisfaction
∎ Safeguarding Responsibilities
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ Minimum 8 Years of experience with at least three years of experience in a similar position
∎ In-depth knowledge of textile and garments production process and planning
∎ Strong analytical and strategic ability with people management skills
∎ Knowledge about all types of fabric, interlinings, pattern-making, trims and accessories
∎ Understanding of quality standards and inspection methods along with product and customer Safety
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
∎ Good planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills

∎ As per company policy
