Educational Requirement:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Marine / Power/ Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Degree.

Others Skill:

• Good Communication and Interpersonal skill English with Foreign Engineer and Coordinators.

• Fluent in English Communication (Verbal and Written) is must.

• Must have good computer knowledge specially Internet browsing and Email, Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.

• Strong ability in negotiations and networking. 

Skills & Expertise:

• Import through LC and TT.

• International Procurement.

• Local Procurement. Purchase/ Procurement.

• Supply Chain and Procurement.

Job Experience:

• 7 Years Professional Experience of in the Foreign Purchase and Tender/Procurement Department any reputed Engineering Supply Company;

• Good knowledge and experience to understand the drawings like Mechanical, Structural, Plumbing, specifications and quality control.

• Seeking reliable foreign vendors and principal suppliers requires a strong grasp of product sourcing and vendor management.

• Developing, leading, and executing purchasing strategies is essential.

• A deep understanding of negotiation strategies, solid judgment, and decision-making skills are crucial to closing deals with optimal terms.

• Analyzing data, performing cost analysis, and benchmarking are necessary tasks.

• Forecasting price and market trends and assessing suppliers` ability to ensure timely delivery of products, goods, or services are vital.

• Maintaining all purchasing-related documents such as quotations, work orders, bills, and challans is imperative.

• Monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand is essential.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tender documents and their submission according to specified deadlines.
