Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and allocation of sample room staff within the section.
∎ Making daily Sample production plans and coordinating with the Planning team.
∎ Monitoring daily production targets for each sample operator.
∎ Having technical & operational knowledge of making sample garments realistically and functionally.
∎ To Analysis, realizes, control and deal with the sample-related work and perform customer quality request with related departments.
∎ Lead statistics and analysis of production ability, find out the effective way to promote production ability and reduce company cost.
∎ Managing, instructing, and developing the sample development team.
∎ Sample development follows up and arranges Risk analysis /Pre-Production meeting.
∎ Provide technical advice and support in pattern making, fitting and garment construction before sample delivery (perform sample inspection).
∎ Monitor and manage a sample room of sewing workers and garment technicians to ensure all samples are made under customers' requirements and meet the schedule.
∎ Communicating with buyers, merchandisers and production personnel.
∎ To monitor individual garment technologist KPI and improvement plan.
∎ Having a flexible attitude to absorb any changes as per business requirements.
∎ Have to monitor and follow up on all communication with cross-functional teams and customers.
∎ He needs to ensure the sample pass rate percentage and continual upgradation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of the functions, operation, and mission of the specific department.
∎ Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
∎ Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and employee coaching and development skills.
∎ Excellent organizational management skills.
