Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Technology from any reputed University. BUTEX will be given extra priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing quality, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Yarn Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for dyeing finishing section
∎ Develop the new process in production process of finishing section
∎ Cost Control during bulk production on the basis of standard technical method.
∎ Ensure the quality of the fabric as per the fabric requirements of buyer.
∎ Solving the color matching problem during finishing and if required try to find a better solution by the help of spectrophotometer for the better performance/perfection.
∎ Recommend treatments to be applied after the dyeing process.
∎ Ensure & arrange all types of test for the fabrics.
∎ Ensure fabrics dimensional stability as per buyers requirements.
∎ Ensure dyeing finishing production target on daily basis.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and spoken)
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications and internet
∎ Basic knowledge on Dyeing Finishing.
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing Process and minimizing the rejections.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
