Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial models to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making
∎ To prepare and report on quarterly financial performance & estimates along with insightful variance analysis both at the Department and Group level
∎ To support in preparation of annual planning exercise of the Group
∎ To prepare Profit center / Cost Center wise performance and variance analysis with insightful commentaries, working closely with the all-business units/departments
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial models to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making
∎ To provide support in FP&A function’s budget clearance and monitoring process
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards
∎ Implement effective cost control measures to optimize financial performance and resource allocation
∎ To support in any ad hoc analysis and reports as & when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MBA/Post Graduation in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university with satisfactory academic records
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in the similar position
∎ Advance user of MS Office applications
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information
∎ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
∎ Integrity, ethical conduct, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial management and compliance
