∎ Location: Valuka, Mymensigh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for oversee all daily operations of the factory to ensuring policies and procedure are followed.
∎ Leading capacity for factory operation as per organizational policy and standard.
∎ Team leading, supervising and train for group work, operation and knowledge transferring.
∎ Experienced in production planning, production control, Quality control, Method analysis, Inventory control, plan lay out and work measurement.
∎ Established process flows wise operation, delegate task and accountability.
∎ Schedule maintenance must be performed on time.
∎ Coordinate and plan with other departments to achieve total objectives are accomplished timely in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Control wastage materials, operating expenditure and manpower.
∎ Report to top management on daily basis and proposed new technique and strategy.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years proven experience in related field.
∎ Manpower handling capability
∎ Must be Computer literate.
∎ Excellent Analytical Skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla and English.
