∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the quality fabrics of Knitting, Dyeing & Printing (AOP) operation.
∎ Lead the team of fabrics section.
∎ To closely monitor bulk fabric quality and troubleshoot problems with fabric supply chain and/or with operational teams.
∎ To manage & maintain relationship with Client fabric team ensuring that fabric development is met the procedures as per requirement.
∎ To work closely with concern departments to apply new techniques to meet Client's aesthetic requirements.
∎ Proper clarification of problem & find out the sources of problem & immediate solution.
∎ Must be able to manage and oversee tons of fabrics being processed at several different dyeing factory at the same time.
∎ Sound knowledge in knit fabrics finishing, compacting, brushing, shading and shearing is necessary.
∎ Must be able to solve problems quickly and effectively.
∎ Capable to handling the knitting production & production team.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Self - motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
