Experience Requirements:

Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement mechanism to conserve natural resources, protect the environment as well as company's work safety, health and environment policy.
∎ Decide safety training strategy for the employees of Sugar factory & Complex and conduct training of necessary stakeholders in areas of Safety.
∎ Devise a system on how to conduct safety briefing to all contractual employees before starting any project job.
∎ Prepare a list of all Statutory Requirements related to Safety , allocate responsibility & develop a mechanism for tracking
∎ Equipment Risk Assessment, Hazard identification and mitigation
∎ Conduct Accident / incident investigation
∎ Prepare Emergency plan
∎ Actively participate in Emergency Mock-Drills
∎ Coach Officer/ Executives to develop a calendar for conducting Safety Audits in plant, allocate responsibility & track compliance's
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership capability; ability to train, coach and motivate people
∎ Mastery on MS Office applications
∎ Minimum 08 years of work experience in the field of Safety, Health and environment in any large manufacturing company out of which, at least 4 years should be in a safety leadership role.
