Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• Proven expertise in SAP ERP Functional Modules specially in FI-CO and MM Module.

• Strong expertise in SQL & Oracle database administration, Oracle Enterprise Manager, performance tuning techniques and enterprise IT operations.

• Business Operations knowledge on Sales, Distribution, Procurement & Manufacturing.

• Proven skill in API development and API Integration between various Systems.

• Knowledge of Database Replication architecture like Data Guard.

• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and Oracle application architectures.

• Knowledge of middle tier application such as Web Server activities.

• Familiarity of Python and Django framework.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience working with IT Solutions, ERP and Software Projects.

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.

Background:

We are looking for an experienced and capable Manager – Enterprise Systems to oversee and strengthen our technology operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of enterprise systems, ERP, business applications, databases and MIS reporting while supporting the organization’s digital initiatives. The position requires a professional who can manage complex IT enterprise systems operations, guide a skilled team, and collaborate with senior management to align technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall enterprise system solutions , design solution for new business requirements and Improvement of existing systems.
• Supervise SAP ERP system operations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure smooth operation of Retail Software Solution, business applications and mobile apps.
• Manage in-house software and application development initiatives.
• Oversee Oracle and SQL database administration, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee reporting and business intelligence to support decision-making.
• Execute the organization’s digital transformation projects and process improvements.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and availability for business functions.
• Provide direction, mentoring, and performance management for IT team members.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• IT Vendor & partner management, issue escalates, follow up and ensure on-time delivery.
