∎ Bachelor in CSE or equivalent from any reputed educational institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead in organizing, managing & operating the Enterprise Applications team
∎ Develop & execute strategy for Enterprise Applications considering roadmap of core financial application layers and in alignment of all stakeholders & IT Architecture principles
∎ Oversee the design, development, implementation & maintenance of Internal Software Applications, Front-end Interfaces, Mobile Interfaces, Middleware Functions, Payment Gateways & Digital Channels
∎ Manage and participate in relevant cross-functional projects & activities
∎ Manage people & departmentalize team with right people & right skillsets
∎ Maintain strong relationship with relevant software development companies & partners
∎ Participate actively in periodic budgeting exercise
∎ Manage purchases in the alignment of approved budget
∎ Ensure adherence with relevant compliances & guidelines
∎ Practice and promote organizational ethics & policies
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of relevant experience
∎ Should have 4-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in Software Development
∎ Should have extensively worked with partners of Software Applications/Front-end Interfaces/Mobile Interfaces/Middleware Functions/Payment Gateways/Digital Channels
