EMBROIDERY SECTION
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create design for all buyers and make output equivalent to merchandiser
∎ Collecting information from merchandisers and make sample for the buyers
∎ Follow up production on a regular basis
∎ Responsible for making new customers and retaining old customers
∎ Try to increase production day by day
∎ Must know how to operate the embroidery machine (Brand Name: Tajima)
∎ Taking care of workers, looking after the embroidery floor for smooth running of production
∎ Received order from merchandiser
∎ Send the samples to the designers
∎ Design approved from merchandiser
∎ Assure quality of the products
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5-8 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in Managerial (Embroidery) Position.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs
∎ Strong technical knowledge about embroidery.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time-frame
∎ Strong leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Salary: Negotiable
