• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machinery.
• Ensure zero downtime through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts for machine breakdown & preventive maintenance issues.
• Monitor & supervise all electrical & electronics issues, including air compressors, diesel & gas generators, water pumps, steam boilers, washing machines, dyeing machines, and printing equipment.
• Ensure proper monitoring & follow-up routine for scheduled maintenance. Including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance, etc.
• To minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) to a minimum level.
• To enhance the optimum efficiency of all electrical & power equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet organizational objectives.
• Prepare reports on department performance metrics for executive review.
• Oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems of all capital machinery.
• Ensure all electrical equipment is operational and maintained as per the standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components in different workplaces to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Ensure that a full preventative maintenance plan is established and adhered to through scheduled day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Sound knowledge regarding assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures.
• Establishing delivery and installation schedules for machines, switchgear, cables, and fittings.
• Capable of fault finding and installation of electrical equipment.
• Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to minimize downtime due to electrical breakdown.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of boilers & generators & all compressors for undisturbed supply, and also make a proper plan about the inverter, motor, electrical panel boards, and PLC, etc.
• All control panels are properly maintained to reduce breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive installation/maintenance timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• At least ten years of practical experience in Knit Composite Mills( Knitting, Dyeing, Dye Finishing, Generator, ETP, Boiler, AOP, Printing, etc)
• Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies for new projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for electrical materials and services.
