Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and oversee all electrical and utility-related operations in the knit composite garments factory.
Develop and implement electrical maintenance and utility management strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Supervise a team of electrical technicians and utility staff, providing leadership and guidance.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and utility equipment to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical and utility-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical and utility operations.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Manage the procurement of electrical and utility equipment and spare parts.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize utility usage and improve overall efficiency.
Prepare and manage the department's budget.
